Cryptographically strong encryption keys can be generated by the SDC Private Email, or users can provide their own.

A SDC Private Email user establishes Key Relationships with each of his Contacts so that the same Session Key is never used for two Contacts even in a group mailing.

The SDC Private Email client is so secure a hosting computer that is correctly configured can be lost or stolen without creating security risks with regards to the SDC product(s).

If a public email servers database is compromised the acquired messages of a SDC Private Email client can never be deciphered and read by undeserving eyes or computers.

The SDC Private Email client cannot be spammed or corrupted by spyware or virus attacks from untrusted sources as the SDC Private Email client only accepts messages originating from other Private Email clients. All others are silently discarded.

Users can distribute encryption keys by the traditional physical hand off methods or electronically using the secure built in Diffie-Hellman Elliptic Curve key exchange protocol.

All message content is encrypted by 256 bit AES. There are no 'clear text' modes in the SDC Private Email client.
